Wash, rinse, repeat.
Let’s face it....
Real estate looks glamorous on HGTV but, in the real world, you feel like a glorified telemarketer.
• The competition is fierce.
• The economy is shifting.
• Experienced agents are getting their clocks cleaned by 20-somethings.
Trying to get ahead seems like a pipe dream.
You work for months and have a deal fall through at the closing table. You serve your clients nights and weekends, and then they go and buy directly from a builder. You invest in yet another marketing scheme and after spending weeks getting it implemented, you realize it was a total waste of time and money.
Even when you’re not working your mind is always spinning.
Your hamster wheel seems to be getting bigger and your paycheck seems to be getting smaller.
Being on the hamster wheel means you have to plan your life around your finances.
One moment you’re bragging on Facebook about how you just closed a massive house…and the next, you're stressed trying to figure out where your next deal is coming from.
One moment, you’re making plans to be financially free.
The next, you’re bouncing checks because you’re actually broke.
You’re moving debt from one credit card to the other.
You may drive a nice car, have a few nice outfits, and look like you’re on top of the world in your photos, but you have to always decline when everyone is ordering appetizers, another drink, or dessert.
It’s feast or famine, but mainly famine.
Trust me, living this life of quiet desperation sucks, and there’s a better way.
